H-CHOP
Kitchen System

A hygienic chopping board and knife set combining sustainable materials, colour-coded safety, and Braille embossing — designed to be inclusive by default, not as an afterthought.

Sustainable Inclusive Design Braille Colour-Coded Hard Maple Recycled Steel

H-CHOP is a complete kitchen system — boards and knives designed together as a cohesive, hygienic, and inclusive set. The system uses colour-coding across boards and knives to prevent cross-contamination and simplify use for individuals with cognitive differences.

Braille embossing on each board and knife handle extends usability to visually impaired users — a feature designed to be present from the outset, not retrofitted. The knife holder is integrated with a sharpening mechanism, reducing clutter and keeping the system self-contained.
