RuMS (Real-estate using Mixed Spaces) is a digital estate agency concept that uses mixed reality technology to transform how property is experienced, marketed, and transacted. Powered by an AIRBNB-style platform, RuMS allows spaces to exist simultaneously across multiple dimensions — physical, digital, and extended reality.
The platform supports three distinct market layers: B2C (direct to individual renters/buyers), B2B (corporate leasing and workspace), and B2B2B (developers, agencies, and institutional clients). This multi-market flexibility makes RuMS a scalable platform for the future of property.
